Mouldify (https://www.mouldify.com) is a web portal developed and maintained by G-Axon Tech Private Limited (https://www.g-axon.com) to sell digital products/items online. These digital products include but not limited to Software Development Starter-kits, Templates, Software Applications and complete Software Solutions.

By using any Digital Work (Item/Product) from Mouldify (www.mouldify.com) (G-Axon Tech PRIVATE LIMITED), you agree that you are bound legally with this End User License Agreement (EULA). You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove any Item/Product from your computer now and, if applicable, promptly return to G-Axon Tech PRIVATE LIMITED by mail any copies of the Item and related documentation and packaging in your possession

About the Source Code

G-Axon Tech PRIVATE LIMITED sells source code along with some of its items/products via www.mouldify.com. So, you are free to change it partially or completely based on your requirements. Our items use many libraries, which are free and open source. If you need the source code of any library, you can just get it from its repository. So, there is no hidden code in that manner.

License Period

An Item’s/Product’s License is valid for life time. That means after purchasing a product under a license, you can use that license forever within the restrictions described in this document. The additional resources available with Item/Product are subject of change for the availability. These additional resources are but not limited to Premium Support, access to private repositories for the item. We recommend you to check the individual license before you purchase. License Usage

It is important that you keep your license and all the details of purchasing private to you only along with the item/product itself. You shall not allow others to use, copy or evaluate copies of the items/products you purchase from Mouldify (G-Axon Tech PRIVATE LIMITED)

End Product

Here further in this license document the wording “End Product” is going to be used a lot. End Product is a work that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.

The definition of End Product varies per the type of the item/product. Following are some of the definition of various possible End Products based on the type of the item/product:

End Product for UI Starter-kits

If you purchase a product of UI-Starter-kit type, you can create the following as end products:

A template/theme
A Web application
A Mobile Application
A Desktop Application
A Website

End Product for a Template

If you purchase a product of Template type, you can create the following as end products:

A Web Application
A Mobile Application
A Desktop Application
A Website

End Product for an Application/App

If you purchase a product of Application/App type, you can create the following as end products integrating this purchased application/app:

A big or more complex Web Application
A big or more compelx Mobile Application
A big or more complex Desktop Application
A Website

It is important to keep in notice that the use of these above mentioned End Products depends on the license you purchases.

End Product Users

End Product Users are those people who register/signup with the End Product and usage it. For example, if End Product is a Web Application then users who signup to that Web Application are the End Product Users

Following are four types of license being sold by G-Axon Tech Private Limited via its web e-commerce portal www.mouldify.com

Single Use License

The Single Use License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the item/product you have purchased via www.mouldify.com.

Things you are licensed or restricted for under this Single Use License:

You can create one Single End Product by using or customizing the item/product purchased for either yourself or for one client of yours.
The Single End Product created can only be hosted on the hosting owned by either you or by your client for who you have developed this Single End Product
The Single End Product Users must not be charged any type of money neither fixed price nor subscription based pricing through the End Product you create with the use of purchased item/product. If your application falls under this category. We recommend you to buy the SaaS License instead.
You can create one Single End Product for a client, and you can transfer that Single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
You can make one and only one copy of the Single End Product.
You can customize and combine the Item with other works and make a derrivative work from it. The resulting work is subject to the terms of this license.
You can’t re-distribute the Item/Product as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item/Product either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
For example: You cannot purchase a UI Starter-kit, convert into a React Template and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license an item/product and then make it available as-is on your website or any place for others to download.
You cannot use the Item in any application allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. You can use the Item in this way only if you purchase a separate license for each final product incorporating the Item that is created using the application.
You must not permit End Product Users to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
You cannot use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark
For some Items, a component of the Item will be sourced from elsewhere and different license terms may apply to the component, such as someone else’s license or an open source or other Mouldify license. If so, you will find the component identified in the Item’s description page or in the Item’s downloaded files. The other license will apply to that component instead of this license. This license will apply to the rest of the Item.
You can only use the Item for lawful purposes. Also, if an Item contains an image of a person, even if the Item is model-released you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in a way that is defamatory, obscene or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.
This license applies in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions mentioned at http://www.mouldify.com/terms-and-conditions. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Terms and Conditions, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the Item from it.
G-AXON Tech PRIVATE LIMITED (via www.mouldify.com) retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between G-AXON Tech PRIVATE LIMITED and you.

Multiple Use License

The Multiple Use License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the item/product you have purchased via www.mouldify.com.

Things you are licensed or restricted for under this Multiple Use License:

You are licensed to use the Item to create multiple End Products for yourself or for clients, and the End Product may be Sold.
You can create the End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client.
Under each Multiple Use License you purchase for an item/product, you can create 10 End Products or copies of the End Products but the sum of the number of End Products and copies must be below or equal to the 10 in any case.
You can customize and combine the Item with other works and make a derrivative work from it. The resulting work is subject to the terms of this license.
You cannot use the purchased item/product to create an End Product in which the End Product Users (users of the End Product) are charged any type of money which includes but not limited to fixed amount or subscription based amount. If your application falls under this category. We recommend you to buy the SaaS License instead.
You can’t re-distribute the Item/Product as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item/Product either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
For example: You cannot purchase a UI Starter-kit, convert into a React Template and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license an item/product and then make it available as-is on your website or any place for others to download.

SaaS License

The SaaS License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the item/product you have purchased via www.mouldify.com.

Things you are licensed or restricted for under this Multiple Use License:

You are licensed to use the Item to create a single End Product for yourself or for clients, and the End Product may be Sold.
You can create the End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client.
You can sell and make one and only one copy of the End Product. If you want to create multiple End Products, you must purchase separate licenses for each End Product.
You can customize and combine the Item with other works and make a derrivative work from it. The resulting work is subject to the terms of this license.
You can create the End Product in which the End Product Users (users of the End Product) could be charged an amount as per your pricing or plans. For example: A SaaS (Software as a Service) based solution where a user subscribe to a monthly based subscription for certain services.
You can’t re-distribute the Item/Product as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item/Product either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
For example: You cannot purchase a UI Starter-kit, convert into a React Template and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license an item/product and then make it available as-is on your website or any place for others to download.
